Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada to Host 2026 Biggest Little Golf Tournament 

RENO, Nev. (Tuesday, March 9, 2026) Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada (BBBSNN) will host the 2026 Biggest Little Golf Tournament presented by Weigl Concrete on Friday, June 26, 2026, at Red Hawk Golf & Resort, bringing together community members, local businesses, and supporters for a day of golf dedicated to strengthening youth mentorship across Northern Nevada. 

The annual tournament stands as one of BBBSNN’s signature fundraising events, providing the direct fuel that powers local one-to-one mentoring programs. These critical funds enable adult volunteers, our Bigs, with local youth, our Littles, to create the consistent, supportive relationships they need to thrive. By investing in these matches, you are defending the potential of our Littles and giving them the guidance and encouragement to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals. 

“For us, this tournament represents more than a day on the golf course,” said Derek Beauvais, Chief Executive Officer of BBBSNN. “Every participant, sponsor, and supporter helps create mentoring relationships that empower young people to realize their full potential.” 

The tournament will feature a 10 AM shotgun start, along with on-course contests, a silent auction, and raffle opportunities. Participants will enjoy a full day of friendly competition and at the conclusion of tournament play, the excitement reaches a whole new level with our Playoff Finale—where the top team from the Lakes Course and the top team from the Hills Course will go head-to-head to crown the tournament’s true champion! 

Events like the Biggest Little Golf Tournament ensure that BBBSNN can continue expanding its reach and matching more young people with caring adult mentors. Businesses and community members are invited to participate by registering a team, becoming an event sponsor, or contributing auction items to support the tournament’s fundraising efforts.
